The year is 2082 in Ultima City, a place of lights, dreams, blood, and crime. A young assassin, codename Darkstar, makes his living by killing the crimelords and corrupt men of the fast-growing city. After a life with no choice or normalcy, he takes a promising job and meets a girl that'll change his future in more ways than one. Can he escape his past and start a new life free of killing and loneliness? "Tomorrow has passed, but destiny is in your hands."
This is my first story ever! Whether it sucks or is a success is up to whoever reads it, but nonetheless, I'm happy to be putting out my first work for the world to see. This story I've had in the works for many years, so while it may not be super professional, it comes from the heart.
