Not exactly kuudere. kuudere character thinks that there is nothing wrong with not having any relationships with others and they rather be completely alone. Having no emotions is a part of it. But since there the shy demeanor when Takumi is around, I can't really say it's kuudere. Koyama's partner didn't appear for a reason. (It’s a spoiler so I can't explain 😉)
