Honestly Kit I could probably write a thousand words about this story, because the whole package, from the philosophical questions to the whole vibe of the story to the absolutely perfect ending, I enjoyed it to the max! Honestly, the way Jiro’s character developed from a depressed man who lost his wife to a hero of a virtual world that didn’t stop until the people he had met were safe was such a smooth and real transition that came as a result of each and every step we saw him take 🥹 all the characters introduced got their finality in development terms, (even TONG got married bro my dude is peak 😭) , and the realest ship had the realest sail so I’m so satisfied words can’t describe ngl 🙏 The whole plot of the story progressed in a rhythm that allowed the reader to get accustomed to the world but also not lose focus of the bigger picture (although my preferences mirror my writing, and I would have LOVED to have seen more of Jiro’s digiscape adventures before it was all over but sadly the contest prompt does not really permit that 💀)
When all’s said and done I think you did a fantastic job Kit, and although when it began i thought it would be way darker, this story was everything I would have wanted it to be and more ❤️ Congrats on finish my friend! 🤝
