Thank you! I really love writing about this Hell. It's a nice creative outlet that lets me go nuts without worrying about Earth rules or norms.
The fantasy element is prevalent because it takes place in Hell. For the setting to work there has to be a supernatural element to it. I could address these in a sequel or a rewrite but I'm not sure I can do much to make it feel more like cyberpunk this early. But please keep reading. It only gets even better from here!
