I wonder if family ever contacted the doctor after publishing the book. Even if they didnt mention any names events presented should point to some direction. Ofc depends how much the book would reveal. ... Very interesting and quite unusual read in the time and age of OP protagonists isekai'd to another worlds, lol. I hope you'll write more! .. and that this will make people think about how fragile someone life and thoughts could be❤️
