I did think the chapter was getting a little long, but I'll keep it this one time. I'm planning on making future chapters similar in length to chapter 2 and 3.
As for the small graduation rate, the whole point is that it's suppose to be way over the top. The weak get weeded out and only the elite keep progressing through until graduation. Very unrealistic but it presents a challenge.
Adrion didn't miss much while he slept since those two hours were free time that students could use. This first day of school is not a normal day where home room is only an hour then students move to other classrooms/instructors for their other classes. Instructors just briefed the students and told them to prep however the students want for the beast hunting. I'll see if I can reword it for a more smooth transition!
