It's good to be back! Well, kinda, I am present on this website writing something, and I think that is adequate at the moment. Hopefully you still remember me. I didn't forget about my duty to completely read your novel and give my thoughts on it. Nor about my duty to actually do what this website is for and write my own shit. My reasoning for not having done so is a combination of holiday hecticness/laziness along with general fear at having hit a sort-of wall in my story that I think might required me to grab a notebook or scrivener page and - siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh - plot and plan some of it, which I HATE, but the show must go on. Anyway...
...as far as this chapter goes, I really enjoyed everything. I like the way you're tying up all of the characters' little story arcs and giving a sense of hope for what the future holds for each of them. Honestly, don't really have any criticism to be honest.
FYI, the minute that he got that green bear and started thinking about what to do with it, I immediately thought of Ironmouse's Bubi. I'm guessing that's what he means by partner, correct? But don't spoil me though. Unless you want to.
Well, onto the next chapter and then who knows after that.
