Honestly, it was a great experience, this whole reading, especially because I read them all in succession, which allowed me to see how well they are well connected, from the hooks to the beginnings. I know how it is too, every time I write a new chapter and look back at what I've already done, I always wonder if everything is falling into place because in my imagination, everything seems perfect, but when it's written, it's a different story... So, I'm really glad if I could bring some reassurance that everything is alright!
Also, I just wanted to say that I think I'm the one who should be thanking you. I'm sure my writing pace and my desire to write wouldn't be the same if I didn't have someone commenting (especially someone who always leaves such nice comments like you!). My cover and synopsis were made in a rush (I think I'll change both in the next few days), so initially, I expected to write just for myself, but you gave me a chance for my work, and I'm really grateful for that! I really loved your story, and I'm super excited to see more of it. I'm also thrilled that someone who wrote something I liked so much finds what I've written to be good.
I'm really happy that this year's theme was Wholesome because it allows discovering so many characters in the stories I read that I love and that warm my heart! (So far, out of everything I've read and even what I've written, Claire remains number one. If there were a vote for the best supporting character at the end of the contest, she would easily win the trophy.)
