The hints of the crippled villager's tenuously new position, he's not the one facing the stones only by a matter of a few days, and the witch emerging from the stones are such good details, building a whole world and tensions in such a short piece. Both drawn to an outsider, the unfamiliar, and yet risking death for a chance at finding understanding, 'my dear dear human' is so touching!
