Love that 2nd last line there, the idea that simply co-existing with those you've known for years, engaging with their normalcy, can be exhausting at times. Certainly a relatable situation where you want to engage with friends to distract yourself from a bad situation, but you end up feeling worse due to overthinking that you're not putting enough efforts into the relationship at that moment!
