Really interesting what you say about formatting. I did it this was because i consider this way of formatting really easy to read, never realizing it may be not the same for others

If you meant Altea, she was so desperate to believe that she jumped on first opportunity she got and followed it blindly without thinking. The rest? I don't think they trust her a lot but they understand the best what they can do is to go along with what happened...and to certain extend they want to believe she is the answer they were looking for

Extreme show not tell?

You are definitely right, this is how i intended to tell this story. Also i definitely agree with what your say.
It is actually interesting. In every piece of real feedback i get people point out things i am fully aware of as i did them on purpose, knowing they will not make sense for most people. But the only reason i write is because writing make me less depressed, i don't intend to be good at it, be published etc. So i am happy with how my stories turn out and i am fine they will be really weird for everyone else

Still, thank you for taking your time to write those chonkers and please don't feel obliged to continue with this story. I don't do trade reads, i read your stories because i like them, that's it

Why i skipped infodump?

Mostly because of my dislike of infodumps that almost always read like poorly written history lesson. On the story level...i tried to write it from Rina's perspective and focus only on those elements she would pay attention to. For me she had way more important things going on in her head to pay attention to it

Her reaction? Yes she will react to this later when things will calm down but will this be a proper reaction? I don't think it will be something that majority of readers would expect but it will be more accurate. As military nerd i based her reactions to combat stress and violence on book "Men against fire"
