Call me a nerd if you want; I don’t really care. I prefer observing over participating. Why? I don’t like people. Well… not exactly. I just avoid them, don’t like being seen. Though solitude can get unbearable sometimes. I crave something lighthearted. Like cherry blossoms— petals drifting in spring. I’ve read stories more than I’ve lived, so I thought—why not write my own? I like folktales, novels, poems… anything that lets me narrate a story instead of just exist. I wrote news and articles. Attended events and collected data to be presented for the school news. I have always wanted to take up journalism and writing, but life has other plans. Here I am hoping to get that writer itch scratched!! I was never away from magazines and books. Just my focus shifted more into being featured as the model and the one being interviewed, as opposed to the one doing the data collection. Now, I want to go back to brainstorming and plotting! I have a lot to unleash! I am hoping everyone enjoys my stories! I am NEVER opposed to learning. Hit me with your critiques! I will take them all on board. Hello, I am an independent author and the creator of Singularity, a light novel series blending fantasy, science fiction, mystery, and survival. Passionate about fictional worlds, role-playing games, manga, and novels for as long as I can remember, I decided to bring my own story to life. Singularity follows Haruto Akimitsu, a young engineer thrust into an unknown world where technology, magic, and the secrets of a forgotten past intertwine. I write this series alongside my full-time job. Each volume represents hundreds of hours of planning, writing, revision, and research. My goal is simple: to tell the story I always wanted to read myself. As a Quebec author, I believe there is still plenty of room for new voices in the light novel community. Singularity is my way of contributing to the genre that has inspired me for years, while offering an original story shaped by my own perspective and experiences.
