I love the unpredictability of this chapter. I wasn't expecting Adam to literally tell a girl he barely talked to up until now, Hayasaka, to st*** in front of him, let alone tell her to start calling him darling. That part made me so keen on reading further, which I think is one of your strengths as an author. Keeping the reader engaged. There wasn't a moment where I was like ‘oh okay, there’s some filler here’. No. It was all meaningful and related back to the plot, no matter how small the detail was, like the inclusion of Sora, who, even though I don't think we’ll see from/hear from him again, was such a lovable part of the story in the 2 sentences we got of him. That alone makes me want to put Sora at #1 for my favorite characters, but ill keep Adam at #1, putting Sora at #2.
