OMG! Felix will one day fly on a griffon like Karl Franz did in Warhammer Fantasy, AHHHH.

On the other hand, I don't think Kite actually wants to capture him. They'll probably reach a compromise so the future epic mount will trust them more. A chapter of calm and transition; I still love how the relationship between Kite and Felix is progressing slowly but surely.

On the other hand, I liked the change of scenery; the differences with the human realm are noticeable, especially in the abundance of wood and more natural materials. It's quite different from the stone statues and more medieval decorations of the other city.

Nothing an AXE can't fix, HAHAHAHA, I loved that part. And it makes sense, a warrior isn't ranked, he's either alive because he's strong or he's already buried underground. Great chapter :3

Kite's tsundere moments are hilarious xD
When Kite gave the fake names, it reminded me of the Drake & Josh episode where they called themselves Alvin Yaquitori and Jefferson Gutierritos. LOL

I love how you're developing their relationship, I want more SHIP moments now!

THE HERETIC

Chapter:9

An intense and emotional chapter; I really enjoyed the fight scene and how Kite used his wits to save the day. When you're outnumbered, you have to use your head to survive. On the other hand, Felix desperately needs to get back to training to face opponents of this caliber.

AHHH A BATTLE SCENE AGAISNT AN ASSASSIN.
This gonna be interesting! 💪

I wonder why they want to kill the hero if, clearly, he's not that same person anymore. Felix is not a hero anymore.

Well, at least it wasn't the plot of a hero betrayed and chained for a thousand years. The reasons, though somewhat slow to come, were entirely valid for making that decision. I hope poor Felix's family greets him with a smile. I think he deserves it after so much suffering. Being an uncle sounds good.

As a side note, I imagined the castle and its surroundings as the map of Dark Souls 1 and 3, Anor Londo.

A bath is always relaxing, especially after a long trip. The knights have reason to be scared; everyone remembers the hero, except the hero himself. I imagine an infodump chapter is coming. Good job!

AHHHHHHHHH
What a way to end the chapter! The tour of the city added a more picturesque touch to the world. We saw how society works, who lives there, the absolute decadence, but also Issa's innocence. Now answers are coming, or at least that's what I want to believe HAHAHA.

Nothing remains of what was once Felix's home. Everything is gray, clean, and functional, but there's no life behind it. Now, why this change? It sounds like an interesting premise.

It reminded me of that episode of The Fairly OddParents where everyone is just a bunch of blobs, LOL.

Felix and Kite's relationship is very enjoyable to read about. On the other hand, the nightmare was truly terrifying. I think there's nothing worse than regret that you can't remember. I would hate to feel that way. Cheers.

Chapter:6

The king seems to recognize Felix, but he's no longer the boy Felix remembers. I think there was some kind of time skip, or they pulled a fast one on him like Goku did in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, hahaha. I liked the chapter, keep it up.
