Yes, there is a great amount of "self-insert" type stories out there, but that is sadly the biggest problem it feels for a lot of Isekai. If the protagonist is meant to be anyone and everyone, then they're no one distinct; they're just the collective 'person' as it were

There are two things to take into consideration I'd say with this.

First, Raena is written in the original game to be this kind of person with these kinds of gifts and traits. Second, this is less a 'puberty' thing and more this is just what Raena's interests and likes are - maybe it'll develop into something more than that but, for now, she just doesn't know yet. It's just fun for her.

(Pretty sure it was a bus) Thanks for the comments and read, Bubs! It is fast-paced, but intentionally so - the main meat of the story happens after these first few chapters where the cast, world and main themes of the story happen after these events.

The main focus of these chapters early on the main relationship between our two leads, and laying down the foundations for later developments.
