Chapter 732: Sasha vs DL Harmona

Back with Sasha in the Destined Lovers Alternate Universe.

“I’ll ask you again, tell me where Zeth is right now!” DL Harmona demands. “I won’t ask a third time…!”

Sasha thinks, “I’m not familiar with what has happened in this alternate universe, but I must defend myself!”

Sasha’s serious expression twists into a sadistic smile as she says, “If you want to play, I’ll play.”

The demon horde stops their pursuit, stepping back as they watch in fear.

DL Harmona holds out her hand and clenches her fist tight, causing numerous meteoric pieces of rock to magically form all around Sasha and instantly pull toward her like she has a gravitational pull. She jumps out of the way just before the meteoric rocks slam together.

Before she can do anything else, more meteoric rocks form, and this time, they successfully slam into her. They shatter on impact, but damage her in the process, leaving her with several wounds. She spits out blood on the ground, and then activates Soul Power, surrounding her whole body with her demonic soul.

“That was a good one,” Sasha says while glaring. “Let’s see you handle this.”

She launches forward, easily outspeeding DL Harmona’s meteoric rocks, and slams her fist straight into DL Harmona’s face, knocking her back until she rolls across the ground.

DL Harmona quickly stops her momentum, jumps back to her feet, but holds her hand up to her face as she grits her teeth in both anger and pain.

“That’s the most pain I’ve ever felt from a single punch…” DL Harmona mutters before raising her voice. “How have you gotten so much stronger?!”

Sasha continues rushing forward with confidence. “Perhaps I’m not who you think I am!”

DL Harmona raises an eyebrow, confused and distracted by her words, allowing Sasha to get close without issue. Close to the last moment, DL Harmona charges up magic energy in her fist, and tries to smash it into Sasha. However, Sasha slides between DL Harmona’s legs, clasps her hands together, and then slams them into DL Harmona’s back, causing her to cough up blood with her eyes wide open.

With DL Harmona stunned, Sasha forms a Soul Black Energy Ball between her hands, and releases it. It blasts straight into DL Harmona’s back, blowing her away until it eventually explodes, expelling powerful dark energy in all directions.

Sasha smiles with confidence. “Sorry, but I need you to stay down for a while.”

The demons watching the battle glance at each other, some scratching their heads or rubbing their chins in confusion.

“Isn’t Princess Sasha a traitor?” one demon asks. “Why is she fighting the Light Goddess?”

“Maybe they competed at something and the other is a sore loser?” another demon suggests.

“Your guess is as good as mine,” a third demon replies.

Sasha turns around to start running away, but DL Harmona launches out from the blast area at an arching angle and lands in front of her, Raging Star Mode activated. Covered in wounds, DL Harmona breathes heavily. “I can’t see…”

Sasha raises an eyebrow. “Can’t see what?”

“Zeth is my child, my flesh and blood. I should be able to use my power to ‘watch over him’ and find where he is. And yet… despite being spotted earlier by my angels, I can’t find him with my power.”

Sasha thinks, “That must be my Zeth then. I would assume she can’t spot him with her power because this Zeth isn’t actually her son. At least I know for sure that he’s here. I don’t want to kill her but I need to get her out of my way somehow!”

DL Harmona’s raging aura flares sharper as she screams, “So tell me where he is!!!!”

DL Harmona thrusts her right arm forward, forming and launching a Raging Shooting Star. It’s too fast for Sasha to dodge in time, slamming into her as she shields herself by crossing her arms.

“I’m losing leverage!” Sasha urgently thinks.

Despite her best efforts, the Raging Shooting Star pushes Sasha off the ground, tearing parts of her arms. The Raging Shooting Star launches Sasha into the sky, clinging to her.

Meanwhile, with Zeth.

Zeth and DL Pearl, hood on, make their way out of the city, but they notice the Raging Shooting Star flying upward in the distance. It’s too far out for them to see Sasha against it.

“A Raging Shooting Star…” DL Pearl mutters.

“That could be used against my universe’s Sasha,” Zeth notes. “Let’s hurry.”

They start dashing in the direction of the Raging Shooting Star.

Back with Sasha.

Still being blown upward by the Raging Shooting Star, she thinks, “I need to turn it around!”

She repeatedly kicks the lower half of the star until it fully flips over, freeing herself and allowing her to fall a long way down toward the ground.

DL Harmona watches in shock. “She freed herself that easily!?”

The Raging Shooting Star explodes in the sky as Sasha continues falling, keeping her eyes focused on DL Harmona.

“I need to rush her!” Sasha thinks.

DL Harmona grits her teeth. “I’m not letting you off that easily!”

She forms and releases a Raging Star Blast, followed by many Raging Star Shards.

“I can’t dodge all of those in the air!” Sasha thinks.

Sasha transforms into her Hellhound form and dives faster toward the ground, barely avoiding DL Harmona’s barrage of attacks.

With blazing speed, Sasha dashes toward DL Harmona. Sasha leaps and changes from her Hellhound form to her Hell Ape form midair to slam her large fist into DL Harmona’s chest, knocking her back.

Upon regaining her footing, DL Harmona wipes off blood dripping down her chin as she sternly says, “You want to make this close quarters combat, eh? Fine with me.”

Sasha charges in, once again in her Hellhound form, as DL Harmona bends her knees and readies her fists.

Sasha tries the same tactic as before, leaping forward to transform into her Hell Ape form in midair. DL Harmona thrusts her right fist forward to make contact with Sasha’s large fist. The punches cancel each other out, but DL Harmona has the speed advantage, smashing her other fist in Sasha’s gut, knocking her out of her Hell Ape form as she coughs up blood.

DL Harmona follows up by uppercutting Sasha to her chin, knocking even more blood from her mouth. However, Sasha quickly counters by grabbing DL Harmona’s shoulders, sliding her right leg to trip DL Harmona up, and finally, pounds her fist into DL Harmona’s face to cause her to roll against the ground in pain.

Sasha immediately forms and releases another Soul Black Energy Ball, sadistically saying, “You need some more rest, Mother-In-Law.”

It’s a direct hit, with the explosion expelling more powerful dark energy.

Sasha stands still, watching as the wind gust caused by the explosion blows her hair around, her eyes narrow with a deep, serious expression.

She thinks, “I held back on that. She’s not my Harmona, but she’s so similar… Maybe I’ve just gotten softer. I guess I’ve come a long way from the days when I tortured and killed anybody just because it was fun.”

The dark blast clears. DL Harmona stands up, heavily wounded and no longer in Raging Star Mode. “You called me ‘Mother-In-Law’…”

“That I did,” Sasha replies.

“You’re already married…?”

“There are things you just don’t understand. Ever heard of alternate universes?”

Before DL Harmona can respond, Zeth shouts from nearby, “Sasha!”

Sasha and DL Harmona each turn their heads toward the direction of the voice to see Zeth and DL Pearl, with her hood up, running toward them.

“Zeth!” Sasha shouts back with a smile.

DL Harmona’s eyes tremble, finally laying eyes on the one she seeks. “Zeth…”

The battle halts with the desired one making his appearance.
