A young girl

Earlier that night

Houses and trees buring down, blood flowing down the road, piles of bodies piled on top of each other, children crying, people screaming, some people fighting. In the distance three shadows standing tall and laughing out loud.

"Brothers this is how it's suppose to be" said shadow one.

"Yes indeed brother" said the second shadow.

"This filthy village should burn down, they don't belong in the world we will rule" said the third shadow.

All three shadows started laughing again. In one of the house was the village chief and a young girl named Linling. The village chief gave Linling a bag and told her to run and never come back here. Linling cried and held onto the chief not wanting to let go. The village chief kissed Linling's forehead.

"Linling you should go now, they are going to kill you too and I made a promise to your parents when they passed away years ago that I would protect you even if I die doing it....Linling the world is a big wonderful place you should go and explore it and you shouldn't worry about the village anymore okay."

Linling nodded and hugged the village chief "I love you" said Linling and she started running away.

"I'll cast a concealment spell over you, this should allow you to at least get away undetected"

Linling continued to run and cry. She didn't look back only forward. As Linling was running she started thinking "Why did they do this to the village? What did my village do to them? Why must the world be so cruel?"  

Linling kept on running and crying with no idea where she is going. Running through the forest in the dark night. Linling tripped over a tree root and bumped her head against the tree and fell unconscious.

"FIND ANYONE THAT RAN AWAY AND BRING THEM HERE NOW!!!!!" shouted the first shadow

"Calm down brother, we'll find everyone" said the third shadow

"Yes brother we'll find everyone just wait a while and plus there is no where they can go since we have soliders everywhere in the surrounding forest" said the second shadow

"Yes thats right" said the third shadow.

After Iori and Miya watched the sunrise together, they cleaned up the area where they were at. After cleaning up Iori and Miya started walking along side the river. Iori quietly observing everything around him. Miya walking beside him. Iori moved away from Miya.

"Don't you want me walking next to you?" asked Miya

"No that's not it" said Iori

"Than what's wrong?"

"I told you that you could kill me and get revenge for killing your father and I wouldn't try to stop you"

"Yeah I remember and I told you I wouldn't kill you"

"And I find that hard to believe"

Miya pouts "Really, why wouldn't you believe me?"

"You trying to let me drop my gaurd so that you can do it now, I've seen how the females do it when I was child"

Miya does a spinning kick and kick's Iori in the stomach. Iori falls down to his knees. Miya pouts again "I HATE YOU!!!!" .Miya continues to walk on.

Iori trying to catch his breath and holding his stomach "She is a complicated girl". Iori stands up and follows after Miya.

Quietly they walked along side the river. Nether one saying anything to each. Iori looked at Miya and thought "How come I didn't sense that kick coming. Every physical action you make towards a person has intent and usually there is malicious intent when hurting someone but Miya had no malicious intent when she kick me. That's really weird". Iori shacked his head and continued to walk onward.

Miya looked back and saw Iori shacking his head and smiled "Hey Iori, do you even know where we going"

"I'm going up to that cliff over there" Iori pointed at the cliff "I don't know about you but thats's where I'm going" Iori kept walking

"I'm coming with you"

Iori stopped "No you not"

"Yes I am, your life belongs to me now , you said it not me, so I'm coming with you to make sure you don't die" Miya smiled

"Okay but don't get in my way and don't slow me down" Iori vanished 

"Huh, wow that was fast" Miya vanished and followed Iori

"She can keep up with me in this speed. I'm impressed. I want to go faster but I don't think she'll be able to keep up than" Iori mumbled to himself and looked back at Miya

"Why do I feel like he can go much faster than this. Is he only travelling at this speed so that I can keep up with him or am I over thinking this?" Miya mumbled to herself and smiled at Iori.

After a couple minutes of running Iori sensed a weak presence nearby. He looked back at Miya and saw she didn't sense anything. Iori looked over at the direction the weak presence came from. 

Miya saw Iori kinda looking worried "Iori you can go on ahead, don't worry about me I'll catch up to you so go on already" Miya smiled at Iori

Iori looked back and nodded. Iori picked up the speed and vanished from Miya's sight. 

"He is really amazing" Miya blushed 

Iori dashing toward the weak presence at full speed. After two minutes Iori arrived at the place where the weak presence is. Iori looked around from a tree brunch "The presence is coming from there but why don't I see the person?......wait unless yeah lets try that maybe it would work". Iori used an anti-magic imprisonment around the weak presence. 
There layed a girl holding a bag. Iori looked at the girl and noticed something on her back. A faint glow on her back and suddenly Iori's back also had a faint glow.

"Well isn't this a surprise. Who would have thought I would actually meet one here out of all places and it's a child. Why is out here anyway?"
