#5: Tasks

“The first task will be easy, you have to take water from a dry pit to make it rain...”

“The second task it’s more complicated and you will experience some dangers... I want a dragon crystal*. Lastly, the most difficult task, almost impossible... bring me what I most desire...”

Upon hearing the three tasks, everyone in the kingdom bowed their heads, it would never be possible to fulfill all the tasks.

However, the Pink Witch spoked:

“I’ll return in 21 days, with everything accomplished...”

The Pink Witch left, saying nothing more.

The kingdom wasn’t the same, everyone wondered if the young woman was really a witch, and if she would really fulfill all the tasks.

On the 7th day of the Pink Witch journey, it started to rain, the kingdom shouted with joy and soon fell into a deep silence seeing the king's face, grim as ever.

The first task was completed, without the king could understand how.

In the kingdom, no one spoke due to the anxiety that hung out in the air.

On the 14th day, a huge rumble was heard, the earth shooked completely, fire was seen across the heavens and a glow towards the kingdom.

Everyone sheltered, what a phenomenon could it be?

At the king’s feet, fell the most luminous crystal the kingdom has ever seen.

The king couldn’t believe in his eyes, and the kingdom didn't even dare to blink.

The second task was equally fulfilled, the king had the crystal of a dragon.

Sly, the king gave a huge laugh and said in a victorious tone:

“She would never bring me what I most want, she didn't even know what it is...”

What was it? What´s the king great desire?...

*all dragons have a crystal in their heart
