Chapter 29



Natsumi was surprised by his reply. 

Natsumi asks him(Light) :"What does fulfilling other people's wishes have anything to do with my past self's wish? And why should I fulfill other people's wishes?"

Light was surprised. Light asks her :"Don't you remember that you wished to fulfill your past self's wish?"

Natsumi did still have the after effects of remembering the memory of void. So she was clueless about what he said. 

She replies to him(Light) :"I never wished for something like..." 

While saying she remembers that memory of her wishing that her past self's wish to get fulfilled. And she continues :"Oh!! I did wished for this at the void."

Light says that :"Chair" 

Just by saying that, a wooden chair appears from thin air besides him. He sits on the chair dramatically. He looks at her dramatically too. Ban looked like as if it was nothing out of the ordinary. But she didn't like it.

Natsumi [You just could have come here and take a seat besides the table. It's not like you are sitting in a grand chair or throne or anything like that. It's just a normal chair. The distance between the table chairs and you is only just two feet. You might have thought that the way you sit on that chair was cool but let me tell you were not cool at all]

Light actually thought that it will be cool to sit on the chair dramatically. 

Light replies to her :"Don't care about such small details. That's just a chair. I guess it's normal for normal people like you to not find this cool cause you don't un-der-sta-nd it."

Natsumi [If I was a God, I really would have killed you the very second you were born. Or else change your personality for the greater good] 

She then replies to him :"That's more the reason you should have sit in here besides the table even walking only two feet."

Light replies to her :"I don't wanna walk."

Natsumi gets angry by his words and his expression as if he is little baby. She slams the table with both of her and stands up.
She then replies to him(Light) with angry voice :"Don't talk like a spoiled baby."

Light closes his eyes. He then start waving his head around as if he is a rock concert. 

He yells :"I don't wanna walk! I don't wanna walk! I don't wanna walk! I don't wanna walk! I don't wanna walk!"

Natsumi was very angry by his reaction and action. She also doesn't like spoiled child.

She replies to him angrily :"Stop acting like a spoiled baby!! Aren't you the greatest being and the supreme being in the world?!!! In which world..(Cough)... In Which world there is a God that acts like a baby?!!!"

He replies to her :"You have a fair point in there. Maybe I should turn myself into a baby. That's will be more natural and beautiful to do."

Natsumi gets even more angrier and burst out her anger at him. She replies to him angrily and loudly :"THAT'S NOT THE POINT IN HERE!!!!!!"

Ban was a bit startled. He get close to her right shoulder and holds her right shoulder. 

He replies to her :"Don't get more angry. Me and you, both of us know that his personality is very complex and is annoying like that. So I think it's better to act like we don't care. Then he will stop."

Light a bit angry and replies to him :"Oi! That's mean. I am not annoying. More like my personality soothes human's pain. Also my personality isn't complex. My personality is the most normal personality ever. And also I won't stop either way until, I wish to."

Ban and Natsumi both thought the exact same thing after that reply from him [How come the world didn't get destroyed yet? Also I am amazed how he think of himself even though he saw many people behaviour with him. Doesn't he see how other people treat him or behave with him because of his personality??]

They remains silent because they were both thinking the same thoughts. Light didn't read there mind this time so he didn't know what they were thinking. He was a bit annoyed by this silence.

Light asks them :"Why are you guys not saying anything??"

Ban replies to her :"If you get annoyed by something like this, you will be doing the thing he wants you to do. Maybe he wanted to make you more annoyed and angry. Because That's how he is."

Light replies to him with annoyed voice :"Oi! Don't tell her this kind of stuff. She is still new in here."

She replies to him :"Thank you. I didn't thought of it like this. Because of you I will stop doing this mistake. I am really grateful."

Ban replies to her :"You are welcome." 

He stops holding her right shoulder and moved and take a cup full of coffee from the table. But the cup was empty before. He used his power to create coffee in a empty cup.

Light [Didn't she see how close he was to her? Wasn't she supposed to feel embarrassed now? Or Fall in love or something like that? Aren't you writing a novel with romance in it? Where is it?]

Ban continues :"But I guess you learned some valuable listens, to control your anger from now on."

Light replies to him :"You know, you and I have a really great relationship. We are like the best friends of best friends-"

Ban [I don't think so.]

Light continues :"Why are you telling her everything? You should have taken my side and keep it a secret for now. Now how I will get the fun?"

Ban replies to him :"I am sorry. I shouldn't have done that"

Ban [Change your personality. Then not me but everyone will side with you.]

Light read what his mind. But this time around Light didn't get angry or annoyed. He was too bored to hear the same thoughts for a hundreds year. So he stayed the same as before. He acted like as if he didn't read his mind. 

Natsumi says this to him(Ban) :"You didn't have to apologizes to him. You choose the right side. Even I would have done the same thing, to take the side of mine. To take the side of justice"

Ban replies to her :"I am sorry. But I guess it's not something I should apologizes for. After all, siding with your creator is what we have do in heaven. I am a substitute God. He is the actual God. So he is like a boss to me. I can't go against him. Still you said the right thing"

Natsumi was surprised and replies to him :"I didn't think of it even once. That's horrible news! I hope he changes that."

Light doesn't reply and remains silent. Actually he didn't even hear what they were talking about. The last thing he heard was justice

Light [Justice? Do you even know who justice is? How he look like? What is the actual Justice? How justice were even created? When justice was created? Do you???]

Natsumi kinda find it rather weird to see him sitting silently. She asks him :"Are you there? I understand the reason of fulfilling my past-self's wishes. It's because I accepted it and wished for it to happen. But still why I did have to die to complete her wish?"

Light was disappointed. He sighs once and replies to her :"Cause if I had let you complete the final wish of her when you were still alive, it would have taken infinite amount of time. You couldn't have completed her wish. She wanted to have every person to die without any regrets left on their world."
