Old Friends (2/3)

"Erika are you..." Before Wu or anyone could say, they were reported out of Yuarel, Erika found herself in the middle of an avalanche, along with Shiva and Chrysler... "what did you do?!" Erika had nothing to do with it, "what are we going to do?" Both Erika and Chrysler looked at Shiva with disappointed eyes, "well first we find a way out of this avalanche... look an opening... okay... 3... 2... 1... go!!!" Erika entered a cave while the others were too distracted by the avalanche to pay attention. Erika found herself alone and with no blade to defend herself, Erika looked around the cave and saw that someone was there before, she could tell by the drawings that someone was there 30 years ago... she examined what was on the walls and saw four people and one boy in the middle, "The Lost Child... he does exist and so do they... the Members of the Fallen... and to think Grandmaster Wu was telling me fibs... he was telling history itself." Erika took notes of the strange pictures when she was confronted by a boy, "who are you?" It scared Erika deeply to how he wasn't scared let alone being cautious around him, "what's your name kid?" The kid turned his head and replied, "Memre!" Erika thought he was saying memory, "uh sorry little boy but I'm asking about YOUR name!!" The boy replied again, "Memre!" Erika couldn't understand the kid so she decided to ignore him, "wait!! You didn't tell me your name!" Erika felt it was pointless but felt it was right to tell her, "Names Bellatrix... Erika Bellatrix." Erika walked away from the kid only to turn her head and see that he had vanished, she was about to look until she came across an entrance to something, at the end of the entrance was a fortress, she turned back only to find that it was unable to allow her to leave.

She proceeded forward to find Shiva and Chrysler captured, she followed the guards who had them captive and watched from the balcony as the fortress had a king named Kamail, "who dares enter my fortress?" The guards informed the king of what the outsiders were doing, " we found them at the end of our avalanche training, they were armed sir... we think they may be..." Kamail stopped his guards and asked, "wheres the third one?" The guards didn't understand what the king was implying, "there's another one... a girl... and she is looking at us right now... I suggest you get to it." The guards looked up and saw Erika running away from them, "AFTER HER!!!" Kamail was left with the prisoners asking, "so... do you like to tag?"

Erika ran as fast as she could from the guards but her knowledge of the fortress was a disadvantage she was struggling with. The guards found her but failed to capture her, she was running out of breath and energy... until... "I think we need a word." King Kamail had found her and had her escorted to the main hall, "you enter my home... disrupt my guard's avalanche training and look at the markings left by the Arkham? There is only one thing to do... make them a feast." The guards were shocked but did what the king had told them, Erika, Chrysler and Shiva were treated to a feast, "how are you liking the food?" Erika didn't trust him, she could tell by his eyes that he did something with the food, "I see that you are not eating... Is there a matter? Erika?" Erika was spooked by how the King knew her name.

"How did you..." Erika started to remember something back then, when she was a nurse, "there was a child... He looked young but was 100 years old... It can not be... Kam?" Kamail giggled with excitement, "yes it's me, doctor! Man, I must say that this new look suits you perfectly... I heard about what happened... I'm sorry about Wu..." Erika didn't understand why he would say that when she saw him again, "so you must on this super-secret mission in finding the most child himself... Am I correct?" Erika didn't know what Kam was talking about, "I mean we don't know who or what the Lost Child is... I mean he could be anywhere or worse dead." Kam shook his head, "that's where you're wrong... The Lost Child is essential and can only die by its creator... The Arkham... If you wish to find it, then you must find Cal..." Erika knew he was implying, "as in..." Kam finished her sentence, "Cal the Nincompoop! Yes... He is your help to find the being but be aware that he doesn't know the location... Only parts of the puzzle... It is your along with 3 others that must guide him in finding the Lost Child... After that... You must help him." Erika didn't know what he meant, "The Lost Child is a Being that can prevent the great evil that lurks in the Galaxy, thankfully his pieces remain to make the galaxies but if they are gone then it is over for all of us..." Erika understood but still had one thing to ask, "I saw a child... But I couldn't find him. Is he..." I explained it again, "he wasn't here... The cave you encountered was something that can allow you to see someone that you know and is still alive."
