Solemn smiled and reached his hand out towards Lan Du, Lan Du reached out and said

"thanks...my mother only has me now, if I really did that, it might hurt her"

Solemn chuckled

"The little devil is apologising, what a surprise"

Lan Du smiled gently, her grip suddenly increased and Solemn felt as if his hands were crushed between a vice.He let out a squeal but couldn't pull has hand apart.

Suddenly, a palm came from the side and smack him across the face, the same thing happened to bear as well.The both felt their cheek burn up.

"What was that for!"

Lan Du chuckled

"When I smack Solemn it was payback for his"She said lightly

Bear's eyes were teary

"Then why was I hit?"He asked

"I'm in a good mood now"Lan Du replied casually

Bear found her to be very unreasonable.But he didn't dare say it out loud as Lan Du was not someone he could beat in combat.

Suddenly, two pairs of arms grabbed onto Lan Du from behind.It was followed by sniffing sounds and crying.

The first thought that bear and Solemn thought of was

'Is today a festival to see who cries the most?There's two more right after we deal with one!'

Lan Du turned to see Xie Ying and Xie Jing holding onto her, their eyes were watery and their faces saddened.Lan Du turned her body around to face them, she was slightly apologetic about scaring them before.Before she could apologise, they said with trembling voice

"Lan Du, w-we're sorry, we knew you had your difficulties yet we weren't able to stay by your side before, you helped us so much yet we did such a thing"Their eyes were glistening and Lan Du sighed

She placed her hand on both their heads and smiled warmly

"It was my fault, you two are still young and I showed you two such a scene"

They shook their heads

"Lan Du, please...don't leave us"They cried out

Lan Du felt as if her heart was struck by a heavy blow, t-they were just too cute when they said it!

'Their cuteness level is above my expectations...I-I might not survive!'

Lan Du hugged them both under their gazes.

'ah, they are too cute, I couldn't help myself'

Lan Du enjoyed herself as the Xie sisters sniffled but their hearts felt warm.Lan Du's actions and words were more than enough for them.It told them that she has forgiven them.

Lan Du smiled and whispered into their ears

"When I saw your eyes, it scared me more than you two are currently...I was afraid...afraid to lose you two, when you two came back, it shouldn't be you two asking to not abandon, but me...I should have said it, don't leave me again"her words were soft and emotional, they were words from the bottom of her heart.

Xie Ying and Xie Jing shivered, they had no idea that their frightened looks would hurt Lan Du, but after consideration, it was something anyone would feel.

After all, it was part of Lan Du's personality when she fought, but apart from that, she was always kind to them, yet they felt scared by her momentary behaviour.

Bear and Solemn currently felt out of place, and it was also very awkward for them as Lan Du was hugging two girls right in front of them.

'I know I said I will be there for him, but I really want to kill him right now, I don't even have a girlfriend yet he is holding two in his arms'

Solemn clenched his fists and wanted to cry.Bear felt the same as he stared at Lan Du.

'Lan Du...is that his name?Lan Du, you have really put all single males to shame, holding not one but two beauties in your arm.

Xie Ying and Xie Jing were now feeling guilty, the looked at Lan Du's eyes and saw that it was red and slightly swollen.It was clear that she was crying not too long ago and was rubbing her eyes.

"we're sorry"They hugged him tighter and dug their faces into Lan Du's chest.

Lan Du smiled and patted their heads.She turned back to Bear and Solemn

"You two now probably know my name already, its only fair for you to tell me yours"She said with a smile

Solemn and bear nodded

"I am called Xue Tan, Bear here is actually my brother, he is called Xue Hui"Solemn said as he introduced

Lan Du smiled

"I won't reveal my face just yet, that will be a surprise for when we meet in the academy"Lan Du said as she placed a finger on her lips.

"How old are you anyways?"Xue Tan asked

"Secret"Lan Du replied with a smile

Xue Tan pouted and pointed at the Xie sisters

"Then these two are..."

Xie Ying and Xie Jing bowed slightly and said

"I am Xie Jing, this is my sister, Xie Ying"They said it in unison, except, they said each other's name so the whole thing was a mess except for their surname.

"Umm, could you two repeat that?"Because it was mixed together, Xue Tan and Xue Hui didn't hear it properly

Lan Du laughed and pointed at their eyes

"The one with golden pupils is Xie Jing, the one with silver pupils is called Xie Ying"Lan Du said

They nodded and found the names to be very fitting.

"Have any thoughts about them and I castrate both of you"Lan Du suddenly said

They both shivered and clenched their thighs instinctively.Xie Ying and Xie Jing both giggled, Lan Du was still the same as ever.

"Don't worry, he's just messing with you two"Xie Ying said

Xue Tan and Xue Hui let out a sigh of relief, they looked at Xie Ying and Xie Jing but suddenly heard a snip sound.They turned to Lan Du and saw her holding two pairs of scissors in her hand.

"Do go on, after all, I am just messing around"She said as she snipped again

They shut their legs and said

"Ah, its getting late, we will meet you guys later"

They ran off right after saying that and left.Lan Du smiled warmly as if nothing has happened.What happened today was quite chaotic, but Lan Du felt much more relaxed than before.The burdens in her heart was reduced by a bit.

"Lets go back to meet instructor Lu, he might get worried"Lan Du said gently

The two nodded and each held one of her arms.Lan Du smiled and was touched, they are just too adorable after all.The two were also blushing as they held onto her arm, but the continued to do so.Lan Du had the urge to pinch their cheeks when she saw how shy they were.

When instructor Lu saw them come back, he placed a pal over his face and took a deep sigh.

"I saw the two run off and they looked like they were about to cry, come back, and those two have their arms linked around you, I really worried for nothing"He shook his head and sighed

Lan Du smiled

"Instructor, with me here, there isn't a need to worry about anything, if anything, you should be worried if we were not in the virtual reality, who knows what I'll do to these two"She said with a seductive smile.

She licked the side of her lips and turned to the two.Instructor Lu had the urge to break them up, Lan Du was just too flirtatious.

The girls by her side blushed red and shuffled a bit back.Lan Du smiled and said to instructor Lu

"Instructor, are there students called Xue Tan and Xue Hui in the academy?"Asked Lan Du

Instructor Lu thought for a bit and nodded

"They are seniors of the academy, although they aren't the oldest, they have exceptional combat strength"He said

Lan Du nodded

"alright, Xie Ying, Xie Jing, lets go meet them later"Lan Du said with a smile

The two didn't hesitate and nodded, they just trusted Lan Du won't do anything to them...but when they thought about it, lan Du wouldn't do anything to them, right?

"Meet them?Do they even know you?"instructor Lu asked

"mn, we just met not too long ago, though they still don't know that I'm roughly four years younger than them"

Instructor Lu turned back to the arena and said

"they...aren't people you recently beat up, are they?"he asked

Lan Du grinned

"Instructor, you know my identity but you don't know their's?"

"I am your instructor, I have access to your information, they are not my students, so of course I don't"Replied instructor Lu

Lan Du chuckled

"Who are they?"asked instructor Lu

"Give a guess yourself"Lan Du replied

"Whatever, if you don't want to say it then don't say it, I don't have that much free time to play with you"Instructor Lu waved his hand and gestured for them to leave.

Lan Du chuckled and led the sisters somewhere else.They took bites at different stalls like last time but Lan Du didn't feed them this time.They are too embarrassed and shy since last time it happened.

Lan Du found them more and more adorable as she stayed with the two.

"Lets leave now, there is no point in staying, you two finished your matches instructor Lu set up right?"Lan Du asked

They nodded

Lan Du caressed their heads before leaving the training zone.They met up outside the dorm.

"Lets go meet the two punching bags, I'm quite excited"Lan Du said with a sly smile

The two didn't know what they should think about as to Lan Du's words, are they really their friends?She literally just called them punching bags.

"Lan Du, do you treat them as your friends?"Xie Jing asked

Lan Du nodded

"Of course, they are one of the best stress relievers, they can take more hits than the others"Lan Du replied

Xie Ying and Xie Jing shook their heads, they couldn't tell if she was joking or serious, Lan Du was just hard to read at times even when she is carefree.

They went towards the senior academy section where Xue Tan and Xue Hui was.There was a large gate between the junior and senior trainee academy.When Lan Du approached, they were stopped by the guards standing nearby.

"You three should be from the junior academy, why are you here?"One asked

"We are here to meet some people"Lan Du replied

"Who?"Asked the guard

"They said their name was Xue Hui and Xue Tan"Lan Du said

The guard rubbed his chin and asked

"How do I know if you are lying or not?"

Lan Du stayed patient and replied calmly

"Call them over, if they don't know me, I will go back immediately, we mean no harm here"Lan Du said

The guard nodded, he called someone to go inform Xue Hui and Xue Tan.After a few minutes, they came back with two teens behind them.

"Who was it that wanted to meet us?"asked the smaller of the two figures

They turned and saw Lan Du and the Xie sisters.

"Do we know you three?"He asked

The guard flinched and was prepared to take action depending on the situation.If Lan Du and the girls were just here pretending they know seniors, they will be punished by the academy.

Lan Du grinned

"You two were so eager to meet me, was the beating I gave you guys so soft you don't even remember?"Lan Du crossed her arm and said.

The guard's eyes twitched, these two are seniors, how dare he speak to them like that!

Just when he was about to say something, Xue Hui and Xue Tan bowed, which shocked them.

"L-Lan Du, we just didn't recognise you, you were the one who his your appearance"Xue Tan said quickly

Lan Du chuckled and replied:

"You two act if I am the devil, am I the type to beat you if you don't act proper?"Lan Du smiled

"n-no you won't"They straightened their backs and said together

Lan Du smirked

"I actually am"Lan Du said with a grin

Xue Hui and Xue Tang suddenly felt tense, Lan Du was just too hard to read, her words does not match the script in how people normally greet each other!

Xie Ying and XIe Jing giggled and pinched Lan Du

"Stop messing with them, they are seniors after all"They said

Lan Du nodded

"Alright, senior brothers, since this junior came all this way to greet you two, a little treat won't be too much to ask for, right?"Lan Du's words sound warm but the meaning was clear as day.

Xue Tan and Xue Hui laughed as the patted Lan Du's back

"Now thats the devil of the arena for you, so ruthless even when speaking, but to think you were so young"Xue Hui and Xui Tan was especially shocked to see Lan Du so young.

It was clear they were at least three or four years older than them three.

"I don't like that nickname, now, lets go eat, I'm starving"Lan Du said happily

She would have drooled if not for the fact that she wanted to keep a proper image in front of the guards.It was no problem in front of people she knew, but outsiders were a different thing.

"Alright, our treat to our juniors, what would you guys like to eat?"They asked

Lan Du grinned

"Lets go to Gold Wing restaurant"Lan Du said

Xue Tan froze

"L-Lan Du, that place is a bit...expensive, how about we go somewhere else"

Lan Du chuckled

"Don't worry, I have a membership card there, we cane get a fifty percent discount"Lan Du said as she held out a golden card.

She used this card last time as well when they went to celebrate there, but it was still quite expensive.But at least with this, the Xue brothers might be willing to treat them.

"Golden card, Lan Du, how many times did you go there?"Xue Tan was shocked

"Enough"Lan Du replied with a sly smile

Xue Tan wanted to cry, even with the discount, it would hurt his wallet quite badly.But he also wanted to build a good relationship with Lan Du.

"Fine!"He said as he took out his wallet, his heart bled from how much money he is going to spend.

"Xie Ying, Xie Jing, look at how nice our seniors are"Lan Du said

'Lan Du...you really are a devil...'
