BTS: The Light of One (Part 3)

HONEYFEED SPECIFIC NOTE: These are the final three scenes of The Light of One. As mentioned previously, they were supposed to be a part of Part 2 but caused Part 2 to exceed Honeyfeed's single-chapter character limit.

Scene 27

*Suddenly, all of the people in the container snap out of their brainwashing. They all look very confused*

Kurt: Where am I?

Sasha: Why are we all packed together?

Harmona: My head hurts…

Zaydra: What is this thing we are in?

Grinton: Were we captured in our sleep somehow?

Zentano: How did we get these wounds?

Zenfaro: Why are we all suddenly asking questions?

*All of the other angels in there are also talking amongst themselves*

*Zeth, Zothena, and Abby walk up to the container*

Zothena: Sorry about having to throw you all in there but it was necessary. Let me release you.

*Zothena snaps her fingers and the container just vanishes. Zeth just looks relieved*

Zeth: The brainwashing is over. Thank goodness!

*Harmona rubs her forehead*

Harmona: Brainwashing… What?

*Harmona’s eyes suddenly open wide as all of the memories come flooding back to her. She sees all the praising she gave Kenzora, the harsh things she said to Zeth, her battle with Zeth where she kept hitting him with Star Ring Bullets, and everything else. Harmona falls to her knees in tears as she covers her mouth with her left hand*

*The others also look horrified as the memories came back to them as well*

Harmona: What have I done!? I tried to kill my own son and my own mother! And I said some horrible things in the process!

*Harmona takes a good look at Zeth and sees just how wounded he is. He has injuries all over. Harmona stands up and goes up to him to hug him. She is still crying*

Harmona: I’m so sorry! A mother should never put her child through what I put you through!

Zeth: It’s alright, mom. I don’t hold anything against you.

Zothena: And despite being brainwashed, your natural desire to protect your child still came through and that’s why your mind short-circuited.

*Sasha is also in tears and hugs Zeth after Harmona stops*

Sasha: And I pierced you! That was awful of me!

Zeth: Look, everything is fine. There is no need to apologize.

*Sasha ends her hug*

Zaydra: Still, the rest of us also contributed to beating the crap out of you. Everyone needs to apologize whether you think so or not.

*Abby starts twirling around happily*

Abby: That’s right! All of you have wronged the great Zeth and need to apologize in any way you can.

*Sasha looks at Abby and then at Zeth*

Sasha: So… Zeth… Who exactly is this girl?

*Zeth looks nervous*

Zeth: Don’t get the wrong idea here. She is just a fan of mine… Well, apparently my number one fan.

Abby: That’s right! And don’t you forget it!

*Zeth starts chuckling but his Soul Power ends and then he feels dizzy and falls on his back unconscious. Everyone looks over him and sees that he is just sleeping. They all smile*

Kurt: He’s been through a lot today.

Zaydra: I would say our hero has earned some rest.

Zothena: I decided to retreat when I found myself up against everyone here, but he decided to fight through everyone without a second thought. He’s a special one.

Sasha: I couldn’t have asked for a better boyfriend.

Harmona: And I couldn’t be a prouder mother. You really do take after me. I probably would have done the same thing you did.

Scene 28

*Zeth wakes up in a hospital bed. He is wrapped in a lot of bandages. He looks around the room and then a few people walk in. They are Harmona, Sasha, Kurt, and a female angel nurse*

Harmona: Well, look who is up.

Sasha: You’re awake!

*Zeth yawns*

Zeth: How long was I out for?

Nurse: For a week.

Zeth: A week!? Seriously!?

Nurse: Easy now. Don’t stress your body. You suffered some serious wounds and you kept pushing forward even after reaching a point where you would normally pass out. If you want a quick rundown, you had some internal bleeding, a few bone fractures, torn muscles, a hole pierced in your abdomen (Sasha looks sad when the nurse says that), some serious indents on parts of your skin from Lady Harmona’s Star Ring Bullets (Harmona looks sad when the nurse says that), a lot of serious general damage especially caused by an explosion, and finally, a lot of blood loss from your many wounds. To be honest, you’re lucky to still be alive.

Zeth: That bad, huh?

Nurse: Yes, but you will make a full recovery. It’s just going to be a long process.

Harmona: May we speak to him?

Nurse: Yes, of course.

Harmona: Thank you.

*Harmona then looks at Zeth*

Harmona: Zothena gave everyone the full briefing of what happened. It’s actually pretty crazy. Before this situation, I didn’t even know I had an uncle. She just never brought up to me that she had a brother before. To think the fact that he was such an unknown to this era of Heaven means he had an easy time brainwashing all of us. I can’t thank you enough for what you did. Everyone still feels bad about what you had to go through.

Kurt: I will say though, this will make an interesting story to tell Emily, Joe, and Keith the next time we see them.

Sasha: I should also mention that I got to learn more about Abby over the past week. I guess she’s not so bad. She did help you defeat Kenzora.

*Zeth smiles*

Zeth: Look, I’m just happy to see everyone is back to normal. I think seeing you all worshipping this Kenzora guy and calling me a non-believer all hurt more than any of the physical damage I took.

*Harmona smiles*

Harmona: You can look forward to a more friendly Heaven when you get out of the hospital.

Scene 29

Narrator: At a later date in time.

*Zeth, Sasha, and Abby are on Earth back in the country of Tugran. The sun is starting to set. Zeth still has some bandages on*

Zeth: So what do you plan to do now?

Abby: I’m going to return to being an archeologist! I’m sure my team is eagerly awaiting my return!

*Abby starts happily twirling around*

Abby: But I’m still your number one fan so remember that! It’s just that I will have to be your number one fan from afar again! Our adventure was fun so if you ever need me again, feel free to contact my archeology group!

*Abby happily twirls again and then starts running off. She turns around one final time to wave bye. Zeth waves bye back*

*Sasha then looks at Zeth and smirks*

Sasha: You better not have done any extracurricular activities with her.

*Zeth starts rapidly horizontally waving his arms in concern*

Zeth: Absolutely not! Nothing like that happened!

Sasha: Good, because her insides would have been Hellhound food otherwise.

*Zeth just looks at her for a moment and then smiles before starting to laugh*

Zeth: Hehe. Hehehe. Hahahahaha!

*The camera then starts to zoom out*

Sasha: Hey! Why is that so funny!?

*Zeth starts explaining but the camera is now zoomed out too much so it’s not heard as a view of the sky is shown and a transparent smiling Abby is shown and her voice is heard*

Abby: Hope you all had fun too!

*The screen then goes to black, ending the side story movie*
