Death Or Disband?

(As Hong Kong's Mercenary Association were in a panic with Jingyi Grand Academy's students being kidnapped, executives and other mercenary leaders were speaking in an emergency summons meeting as two days of seven passes.)

"Cai Lingxyi (Wuhan M.A Leader | Power: ??? Blessing): What sense is there to kill another student if we don't know the enemy are liars?!"
"Wan Hangyun (Shanghai M.A Leader | Blessingless): Its a risk to take! Let's track the boy down and do what the enemies say!"

(As they continued to argue, a female wearing glasses sitting at the end of the table was Hong Kong's Mercenary Association leader as she then snaps her fingers which forces all heads at the table to slam themselves on the table as everyone then complained about the pain. The association leader then sits up from her seat and stares at the window.)

"???: For over 100 years, the Mercenary Association has been created to maintain peace, justice and order. This marks the 20th time any Mercenary Association would have to deal with kidnappings."

(As everyone at the table was silent, she then speaks again.)

"???: One week.. That's how long we were given to make a decision, yes? No students will die, no disbanding will be made and the Mercenary Association of Hong Kong will not tolerate this act of terrorism towards innocent children and their educations."
"Cai: Then what do you suppose we do..?"

(As she turn turns around and removes her see-through glasses, as her hair began flowing upward with unremarkable traces of power which scares the executives for a moment.)

Jiia Yueja (Hong Kong M.A Leader | Power: Banshee Blessing, Manipulation Curse): I have a plan so do not worry my comrades. Someone, deliver me my phone. If this "Rac" character wishes to play with cursed Ghouls, we'll play this game... Except checkmate is not where the game ends..."

(Meanwhile, Negan was sitting in the living room alone as Xue and Bai checked on him as he was pondering to himself.)

"Bai: He hasn't left the room since we got back... Did something happen that badly with the association that it affected him.?"
"Xue: ...I don't really know. But I'm worried for the sexy guy..."
"Bai: ...Wait. I thought you hated me, why are you speaking nicely to me?"
"Xue: Shut the fuck up. I hate you, but for.. Negan... I'm willing... to... try.. a-and... be nicer..."
"Bai: Yeah right."
"Xue: What's that suppose to mean huh?"

(Xue then shoves Bai as he shoves her back.)

"Think you're hot shit little bro?"

(Bai and Xue then starts fighting as Negan lets the fight handle itself, Bai then defends himself and purposely knees his own sister into the stomach then punches her against the wall as Bai then draws one of his Blessing guns and points it at her head.)

"Bai: I should fucking kill you right now.."
"Xue: Do it.. You coward piece of shit..! You're nothing but a PUSSY! Why the fuck aren't you a miscarriage...? If you want me gone, you should've done it already!!!"

(Bai then freezes up as Negan slaps both Xue and Bai to the floor as he was irate at the both of them then cracked his fingers one by one.)

"Negan: I don't beat children, nor do I beat family... But if I have to make you understand why I'm watching the both of you, I'll gladly reinstate myself."

(They both were silent.)

"Now. Bai, you know fucking better than to ever pull a gun on your family member and Xue, all he did was ask you a question and you didn't have to be a Karen about it."
"Xue: I..."
"Negan: Apologize. Now."
"Both: Sorry."

(Negan's phone was suddenly ringing as he then answers it after walking away.)

"Xue: ...Fuck you."
"Bai: Back at you."

(As they stared heatedly at each other, they'd then scoff and turn away as they separated.)

"Negan: ...I see."
"Bai: Negan? What's wrong?"

(Negan then hangs up as the call ended.)

"Negan: Come with me. The Mercenaries are calling us in."
"Bai: Huh?!"

(As Bai and Negan sets off for the Mercenary Association, they'd arrive an hour later as Mercenaries around the association began to murmur and talk about Negan as most were curious on Bai walking with him. After arriving on the top floor, Negan and Bai are introduced to Jiia Yueja who was wearing her glasses again.)

"Jiia: Zhihao."
"Negan: Let's make this quick."

(Negan flips over a chair and sits comfortably as he kicks his feet on the table and Bai sits next to the comfortable Negan.)

"Bai: So.. You're Ms. Yueja?"
"Jiia: Correct, I am the Hong Kong's Mercenary Association leader. I'm quite familiar with you, Mr. Zhen. Your mother and father were excellent Mercenaries."
"Bai: Huh?!"
"Jiia: You do not know? Hm..."

(Jiia then turns around to tell Bai a hidden secret as she then fixes her glasses to tell Bai the truth on what happened to his parents.)

"Mr. Zhen, your parents died on the line of duty."
"Bai: ...What...?"

(As Negan was just as surprised as Bai, he began to feel bad for the kid even more.)

"How...?"
"Jiia: ...I'm sorry, that's classified information."
"Negan: Classified my ass, the kid deserves to know how his parents died. Classified or not, he's already in hot water! So might as well fucking tell him!"
"Jiia: ...They was killed by the Triple Ghoul..."
"Bai: Triple Ghoul..?"
"Jiia: A Ghoul who welds a Blessing, Curse and a Spirit."
"Bai: ...How long ago was this...?"
"Jiia: Six months ago, during your coma."

(Bai began to feel unstable as he was smiling uncontrollably but tears were falling down his face out of pure agony.)

"Negan: Kid..."
"Jiia: I give you my condolences..."

(Negan then pats Bai's back as he felt the need of a hug.)

"Negan: So why were we called here?"
"Jiia: I'm perfectly sure you're aware of the clan raid that attacked Jingyi Grand?"
"Negan: Of course."
"Jiia: That saves the explanation."

(Jiia then removes her glasses as her hair began flowing once again.)

"Negan, the ghouls this "Rac" individual plans to bring back with them is strong enough to wipe out all of China's Mercenary Associations. That is why, it was a heavy decision. But I've decided to call in you... Commander Zhihao."
"Negan: ...And?"
"Jiia: I will take accountability and responsibility for what happens, but we need your strength to save the children and win this game of theirs."
"Negan: ...I'll do it under two conditions."
"Jiia: Name them."

(Negan then stands up to name his conditions as Bai was curious as well.)

"Negan: Number one, when we get to the lair of these Ghouls, I want the authorization to slaughter every last one myself while the Mercenaries focus on the kids. Two, access into all Mercenary Association buildings in Hong Kong."
"Jiia: Both conditions will be met."
"Negan: Oh and one more thing.."

(Negan lifts his arm towards Jia with pliers.)

"Get this fucking device out of my arm."

(Jiia then smiles as she then grabs the pliers and begins to remove Negan's nullifying device.)

"Jiia: Sure, old friend."
