Chapter 14:

Chapter 14 Ayumi's Feelings

Kobito no Otoko - Dwarf Man

Ayumi stood in the empty apartment, tears streaming down her face as she realized that her boyfriend was truly gone. He had committed an unforgivable act, and she knew deep down that she could never forgive him. She had tried really hard to salvage their relationship, but it was clear that it was too late for that.

As she looked around the apartment, every little thing seemed to remind her of him. The empty coffee mug on the counter, the picture frame on the wall, the book on the nightstand. They were all small reminders of the life they had built together. Now, it was all gone.

She sank to the floor in a heap, she felt a sense of emptiness and loss. The apartment felt eerily quiet as if all the joy and happiness had been sucked out of it, leaving behind only darkness and despair.

Ayumi told Koji her story, she was smiling and yet the tears couldn't stop rolling down her cheeks.

As Ayumi was pouring out her heart to Koji in the quiet alleyway, their conversation was suddenly interrupted by the patrolling police officer. He had noticed Ayumi standing there all alone, tears streaming down her face in the middle of the night, and had rushed over to see if everything was okay.

Ayumi quickly wiped away her tears and tried to compose herself, while Koji stepped back into the shadows to avoid drawing attention to himself. The officer approached her with a look of concern on his face and asked if she was alright. Ayumi hesitated for a moment, unsure of what to say, but eventually told the officer that she was just having a rough night.

Despite Ayumi's reluctance, the police officer insisted on accompanying her back home. He knew the area well and was aware of the dangers that lurked around this block. Criminals and drug addicts were known to frequent the area, and the officer didn't want to take any chances with Ayumi's safety.

As they walked down the street, Ayumi turned to look back at Koji. She didn't want to be obvious, so she raised her hand and gave a small wave as a way to say goodbye. Koji noticed the gesture and smiled to himself, feeling happy.

As Ayumi walked away, Koji couldn't help but feel a sense of longing. Her beauty was mesmerizing, and he couldn't help but feel drawn to her in a way he had never felt before. He watched as her figure grew smaller and smaller, each step she took further distancing her from him.

The moon cast a warm glow around her, and her black wet hair glared in the night. Koji's heart raced as he imagined what it would be like to hold her in his arms and feel her soft breath on his neck.

He knew that he had to see her again, to spend more time with her and get to know her better. The thought of her leaving and not returning made him feel anxious and lonely.

He thought about all the things he could do to impress her, to make her laugh, and to show her how special she was to him. He knew it wouldn't be easy, and with that thought, he turned and walked back to his bed, feeling hopeful and excited about what the future might hold.
