Chapter 6:

A Fervent Fan

The Price For Fame

Sakura had just returned from a grueling performance, her body and mind exhausted from the long hours of rehearsing and performing. As she entered her apartment, she let out a deep sigh of relief and collapsed onto the sofa, the weight of her fatigue dragging her down.

As she closed her eyes and rested her head back, memories of the performance came flooding back. The stage lights, the sound of the audience cheering, the adrenaline rush as she belted out her latest hit song - all of it had been exhilarating, but also draining.

Sakura knew that success came at a price, and she was willing to pay it. But as she sat there, staring blankly at the wall, she couldn't help but wonder if it was all worth it. Was the fame and fortune worth sacrificing her health and happiness for?

She changed into her pajamas, went upstairs, noticing her parents and little sister were snoozing in their rooms, she headed into her room, and slept.

It was eerily quiet, at 2:06AM, she received a email, it was written as if

Hey Sakura!

I'm such a big fan of you! Can we please, please meet somewhere!!? I really want an autograph cause I missed your performance because I had to visit my Aunt. Lets meet at Waverly Groves tomorrow, I hope you come! I scheduled everything, the times, the dates. Just a few minutes, I just need a signature in my Fame Notebook!!!

❀Thanks :D,❀

❤︎ Aryota ❤︎

Sakura's heart skipped a beat as she read the email from her hyper fan. She couldn't help but feel a little uneasy about the timing of the message - it was late at night, and the wording seemed a bit too enthusiastic for her comfort. Sakura prided herself on her close relationship with her fans, but this particular email had an undercurrent of desperation that made her feel uneasy.

Should she ignore the message? Should she ask for more information? She couldn't shake the feeling that something was off, and the thought of meeting a fan at this time of night made her nervous.

Despite her reservations, Sakura couldn't bear the thought of disappointing a fan. She knew that she owed her success to her supporters, and the idea of turning one away made her feel guilty. With a heavy sigh, she typed out a reply, trying to keep her tone friendly yet firm.

"Thank you so much for your email! I appreciate your enthusiasm and support. Unfortunately, I'm not available to meet at the moment, but please know that I value your friendship as a fan. Take care, and I hope to see you at one of my future performances!"

As she hit "send,"  she decided to keep a close eye on her inbox and take extra precautions to ensure her safety in case this fan tried to contact her again.

Sakura drifted back to sleep, but something stayed lingering in her mind.

The name of the fan was...

Aryota.

Sounds familiar, Sakura thought. Could it be?

Ryota?
