Chapter 4 unveiling hidden hatred

All that ensued was silence as hiroshi stared at his parents who just stood there plug in hand all that went through his head was ‘what?, why?, please say this is a joke’ as tears begin to swell in his eyes.

His tears sparkled as they slowly fell down his face, his eyes darting away from his parents as he began to cry at what he saw, the hospital light directly above him making him seemingly glow as he closed his eyes to wipe away his tears, all that he said in a quiet voice that was waveras his spoke way “why? Why did you do that? I thought you loved me” as he broke into a choked sob that could be heard throughout the room, his smile finally broken into an sorrowful frown.

His little twin sisters looked away from the sight before them staring at each other, disgusted by the wailing boy that they called there elder brother.

All his parents did was stare at him there expressions replaced with an emotionless stare as they said nothing before looking to his sisters, only which then his mother spoke up “ill go get the doctor” leaving the room after patting her husband on his shoulder and looking one last time at her mess of a child before leaving the room.

Hiroshi after a while began to calm down looking around the room to see his mother missing not having heard what she said before due to his mental breakdown, he laid back on the soft hospital pillow resting his right arm on his forehead closing his eyes, he was still sniffing from what he had seen.

Not long after closing his eyes he got an awful headache that wouldn’t go away as his head began to ring, he opened his eyes discomfort written his face as a doctor stood at his side the doctors lips we’re moving but he couldn’t hear what was being said before he blacked out once again.

About an hour later he re awoke for the doctor to only just be re entering and seeing him awake spoke once more “hello hiroshi, earlier i saw you were in pain so you were given some medicine which unfortunately made you black out are you feeling better now?” He spoke in a deep rusty voice, he was dressed in teal scrubs and a while cloak like garment, his hair slightly curly and short with strands of white in the grey, he seemingly looked wise but that was probably due to his age.

Hiroshi stared for a moment before propping himself up in his shoulders and responding in a tired voice as he smiled “im doing alright, just confused at earlier, you know what it is haha” he laughed seemingly joyfully as the doctor also snickered.

The doctor looked down at his clipboard before he approached his expression growing glum “well hiroshi it seems you were in a bad accident am i right?” As to which hiroshi responded with a hum of agreement “i see well due to the nature of what happened we will need to run some tests if you don't mind” the doctor said as he sat down.

Hiroshi glanced around the room only now realising his parents left with his sisters before he looked at the doctor “ah- i see- will it be painful?” He said a bit concerned as he looked at the cabinet beside him just for the doctor to chuckle once more.

“Ah no no the tests are painless” he said waving a hand at hiroshi “just let me know when your ready and we can start” he said a caring look taking over his face 

hiroshi looked at the blanket then the doctor responding to the question “lets start now as its best to not put this off or ill just get more nervous haha” he laughed nervously as the doctor helped him prop himself up.
