Chapter 18:

deception and betrayal

Coffee, sugar and love

Daida and I eventually reached a peaceful, serene lake. We wa;led near the edge of the water and watched it glistening in the sunlight. The sun was setting and the sky was painted with soft, pastel shades of pink and orange. It was a beautiful and tranquil scene, and I was glad to be with Daida.

We stayed there for a while, taking in the sights and sounds of nature. It was a calming and peaceful moment, and I felt grateful to be in Daida's company. We both needed this break from the hustle and bustle of life.

We were both silent, each of us lost in our own thoughts. Daida seemed to be reflecting on something, her facial expression was serious and pensive.

Suddenly, she spoke up. "Errol, there's something I need to tell you," she said in a quiet tone.

I looked over at her, waiting patiently to hear what she had to say.

The water in the lake was crystal clear, almost like a mirror. As we looked at it, I could see the ripples of the wind move over it, creating soothing patterns. The sun was setting and casting a gentle light over the tranquil surface of the lake. It was a beautiful and relaxing sight to behold. The scene was soothing and calming, and I felt at peace as I took in the serene and tranquil beauty of the lake.

I looked straight at Daida, trying to find the courage to ask a difficult question, and then finally spoke up.

"Daida...is it really true that it was you who framed me about the lost money in the cash register?"

That’s what atleast radia said

There was no way to avoid this question now, and I waited nervously for Daida's response. I hoped that she would deny it, but deep down inside, I had a feeling that there was more to the story than meets the eye.

Daida remained silent, and her eyes widened in shock. She looked at me, not knowing what to say. Finally, she sighed deeply

As I closed my eyes, hoping for Daida to deny my accusation, she broke out into a hysterical laughter that echoed through the entire park. My eyes widened in shock as I realized that there was no denying the truth.

Finally, Daida stopped laughing and took a deep breath. "Yes, it was me," she admitted, "I stole the money from the cash register and framed you for it."

My heart sank as I realized that all this time, I had been innocent and Daida had tricked me. I couldn't believe that someone I trusted so much had broken my trust in such a way.

Daida: "You're probably wondering, how did I steal the money from the cash register and frame you for it?"

I nodded, listening closely as Daida explained her plan.

"First, I pretended to be Luca, who texted you on Saturday afternoon, asking you to go to the park with me and then to the cafe. I made you log into the cash register and set up the CCTV cameras so I could record you working."

"And then, I stole the money and made it look like you did it. It was all just a trick, and you fell for it."

With her elaborate plan, Daida created a false trail of evidence that led everyone to believe that I was guilty of the crime.

"I sure have fun today," Daida said, turning to face me with a bright smile.

"What is it, Daida?" I asked, my curiosity piqued.

"In honor of our first date, there's something I'd like you to do to remember this special moment," she said. "Sure, you can ask me for anything at all," I replied, staring at her intently.

I wondered what she could possibly want me to do

“will you…bleed before me?”

I was speechless for a moment, trying to make sense of her strange request. Finally, I found the courage to speak up.

"What do you mean by 'bleed before me'?" I asked, trying to understand the context of her question.

“you heard me eroll …Daida looked down at me with a hint of mischief in her eyes, as if she knew exactly what she was doing.

Daida's words sent a chill down my spine. She was holding a bread knife, and she was pointing it at me. But why? Had she suddenly turned against me?

"You sent people to hurt me all to please Luca,"

"May God forgive you, but I won't." she continued, as she lunged towards me with the knife, ready to attack.

Daida came towards me with the bread knife, her eyes filled with malice and revenge. She swung the knife down towards me, and I quickly dodged to the side.

I could feel the wind from the blade as it missed my skin just barely. But Daida was not giving up easily. She came at me again and again, swinging the knife in wide arcs. I continued to dodge and duck, trying to avoid her attacks.

"I should have listened to Radia," I said, full of regret as I dodged yet another knife attack from Daida. I was overwhelmed with regret, thinking of how different my life could have been if I had chosen Radia instead of Daida. I should have listened to my instincts and chosen someone who was loyal and trustworthy. Now, I was in a dangerous situation with a dangerous person, and I was filled with fear.

"radai was telling me the truth all along."

I managed to grapple the knife away from Daida and run away.i knew that I needed to escape, so I quickly disarmed Daida and ran away as fast as I could.

But I knew that it was only a matter of time before she would catch up to me again. I had to keep running and find a safe place to hide.

Someones point of few

I smiled smugly as I realized that I had successfully fooled Errol. "Errol's trust will be all mine" I said, taking the wig off my head and letting my long hair loose. I savored the feeling of the wind blowing my hair and I felt an incredible feeling of power and freedom. In that moment, I knew that my plan had worked perfectly. I had managed to deceive Errol and gain his trust

I managed to successfully answer the phone the moment Errol called, before Daida could do it. I pretended to be Daida on the phone call and immediately copied my sisters apperabnce to pretend as her.

Now, Errol thinks that it was Daida who tried to murder him, but it was actually me all along.

This was my plan all along, and I had successfully executed it. I had managed to get close to Errol and gain his trust, and now I was in the perfect position to carry out my true intentions.

I glared at the direction where Errol ran off and thought to myself, "Isn't that the direction of the park where we first met this morning?"

I knew immediately what I had to do. I quickly turned around and hurried off towards the park, hoping to catch up with Errol before he got too far away. I knew that I had to confront him and warn him about the dangerous game I was playing.

“in this way…eroll will trust me more than he will trust daida”

“I want eroll to trust me”I whispered and smile melanchligy
