Purin's power trip

Himawari glared at both Masaru and the group of gourmet elites.

"Well, I was not expecting to see both father and mother here," Himawari glared as she approached the man with short pink hair.

"Kiji Myouchi, you're under arrest for your alleged involvement in aiding Mocha Myouchi in the 20-man murder case," Himawari stated as she whipped out her cuffs.

"My sweet sweet Mocha is innocent and so am I. Good day," the man with pink hair cooed.

"You shut the fuck up," Purin glared as her anger began to rise as she honed in on Mochi.

Kiji simply acted like Purin didn't exist as he attempted to walk through her.

"DON'T IGNORE ME YOU PIECE OF SHIT!" Purin shouted as she shoved Kiji to the ground.

He simply got up and acted as though he he'd fallen on his own.

"MAYBE THIS'LL GET YOUR ATTENTION," Purin seethed as she pulled out her gun and shot Kiji in the leg.

This time, Kiji let out a pained scream as he fell to the ground and clutched his wounded leg.

"You're under arrest for assaulting a cop as well, Kiji Myouchi," Purin glared as she violently pinned Kiji down and cuffed him as he howled in pain.

"Blatant abuse of power. He may be a piece of shit whom is worthy of being imprisoned for the rest of his life, but he like everyone else does have rights. I'm also displeased that my mother has still not been released, nor have I received any updates on the case, superintendent," Mochi glared at Himawari.

"I am no longer a superintendent. I have been promoted to commissioner," Himawari stated as she pulled out the insignia from her pocket and put it on.

"So you were hiding your promoted status. Likely in a futile attempt to impress your parents. Yet that is all the more reason to-"

"Classified," Purin glared as she stared down Mochi.

"It seems my fears were true. I was hoping you weren't on good terms with Yumeko," Mochi glared as she turned to face a snickering Yumeko.

"I got a promotion too. I'm now a commissioner," Purin glared.

"COMMISSIONER!? Impossible! On who's authority-"

"Mine. I'm a senior commissioner  you know," Yumeko snickered.

"Then why wear a standard uniform?"

"Cause I like being with my girlfriend Mako-chan," Yumeko gushed.

Patrons began to murmur as Himawari began to sense the growing discontent.

Itsuki began to cower behind Zuina, hoping Yumeko wouldn't notice her. Unfortunately, she did.

"Oh hey, that's the punk that assaulted Fujiko and ran from an officer. You're coming with us!" Yumeko sneered.

"Is there bail for Itsuki?" Mochi asked.

"Bail? Sure, but it will cost 100,000,000 yen," Yumeko announced.

"Then allow me to bail her out," a voice stated.

Everyone turned to see Harumi Ginkawa with a stack of yen at the ready.

"So the heretic has sided with them. We leave," the grey haired man scowled as he left with the woman in the blue kimono.

"Why did you do that? She's not your daughter to bail," the woman in the red kimono glared.

"And were you going to bail her out?" Harumi asked.

"___."

The woman then left as Himawari collected the money.

"Seems everything is in order. Very well, I'll see that the case is dropped," Himawari glared as she headed outside with Yumeko and Makoto .

 Purin then dragged Kiji to her squad car and shoved him in. Makoto and Yumeko got in the other car and drove off as Mochi watched Purin and Himawari get in the other squad car.

"Farewell. I don't have sympathy for what will befall you. You fully deserve it for being a terrible parent. However, I fear the monster that will return emboldened," Mochi sighed as she returned to her table.

"Huh? What do you mean Mochi?" Bianka asked as she followed.

"If she can be promoted to commissioner just like that, she will quickly become emboldened with the power she wields and only become more corrupt. If that piece of shit had been a better parent, things would be different, but perhaps, the green eyed monster of envy would still rear its ugly head even in that world," Mochi sighed.

Purin stopped the squad car against the guardrail overlooking a cliff. She then got out and dragged Kiji to the guardrail.

"So feel like acknowledging my existence now?" Purin glared as she leaned Kiji over.

"I better not lean too far over, but I really wanna see the side of the cliff," Kiji giggled.

Purin immediately threw him back, slamming him into the squad car. She then began beating him to death. Once Purin was satisfied, she once again propped Kiji up against the guardrail, though this time, faced him towards her.

"Beg for mercy," Purin glared.

Kiji remained silent.

"I'm going to ----..."

Upon hearing Purin's new threat, Kiji immediately began pleading and struggling. A sadistic grin formed on Purin's face as she stared at the pathetic man before her.

"Too late. Should have praised me instead," Purin grinned.

In an act of desperation, Kiji attempted to headbutt Purin.

*Clang*

Kiji groaned in pain as a sharp pain surged into his head. It felt as though he had slammed his head into a steel wall. Purin then took her gun out and jammed it into his mouth.

"Seems that kook was right. Getting that metal implant in my forehead really did pay off," Purin snickered as she pulled the trigger, killing Kiji instantly.

She then removed his handcuffs and cuffed him from the front before placing her gun in his hands to make it look like he killed himself. She then pushed his body over the side and silently cackled as she watched it ragdoll to the bottom. She then headed back to the car and picked up the radio. She reported that Kiji had requested to be recuffed from the front in order to be more comfortable, but as soon as he was, he attacked her, but she managed to fight him off, though in the scuffle, Kiji accidentally killed himself and fell to the forest below.

Mochi sighed as she read a news blurb about the incident after finishing her meal.

"That piece of shit deserved what he got. Though sadly, I don't think her eyes will get any less envious towards me. Rather, I fear I'll now have to be more on guard," Mochi thought.
