Chapter 190:
En Passant Grandmaster
"Alright, I'm gonna win a game this time," Kisha declared as she moved her pawn to e4.
"Then how about we test things out, with one of my favorite openings for black," I snickered as I moved my pawn to f5.
"Huh? That's a dubious move," Kisha stated as she moved her queen to f3.
And just like that, she blundered the game, not like there was any chance of her winning anyway. Now this looks bad, but once I capture the pawn at e4 with my f-pawn, she captures said pawn with her queen, and then we'll play around a go d5, forcing her queen to e3, and then go g6. And now, she'll go queen d4, and now here comes knight f6.
Kisha grimaced at the state of the board before moving her pawn to b3. "That grin's fixed right, cuz there's no way you're winning in this state."
"Oh really? this opening's deceptively effective," I snickered as I moved my bishop to g7.
"Well then how about a check?" Kisha glared as she moved her queen to a4.
"And how about another bishop?" I taunted as I slid my bishop to d7.
Oh how Kisha's brilliant plan fell apart, for after she moved her queen to h4, I moved my knight to e4, prompting her to move her knight out to c3. However, I didn't feel like trading knights, so I captured the knight at c3 with my knight. What? You think this IS a trade? If it becomes a trade, I check her and gain a rook, thus she has to go bishop b2, allowing me to play bishop f6, sending her queen packing to h6. And now I move my knight back to e4, and she is completely lost, moving her rook to b1 thinking I'd actually trade bishops there. Not in the slightest!
For a pawn to e5 later and she's resorting to d3, sending my knight to d6. Now she decides to bring her queen to e3, but I bring my queen to e7, preparing a nasty attack. She pushes f4, but I go d4. "Now where are you gonna move that queen?"
"HERE!" Kisha declares as she moves her queen to g3.
"Oh... TIME FOR THE DARK DRAGON'S DESTRUCTION MATE! Or should I say CHECK!" I laugh as I capture the pawn at f4 with my e-pawn.
Oh the dumbfounded look of despair on her face as she realized her queen was dead. She meekly moved her bishop to e2, but that didn't stop me from capturing her queen at g3 with mt f-pawn. Then she moved her knight to f3, allowing my g-pawn to snuff out the pawn on h2. The rook ended it's run, but I was more focused on castling king's side, and winnung.
She then comedically moved her rook back to h1, completely clueless on what to do, while I on the other hand moved my rook to e8, setting up a battering ram. She did see it, and moved her knight to g1, but by moving my bishop to b4, she's out of options. Desperate, she captures the pawn at h7 with her rook. Does she think I'll take it? No, I'll move my queen to e3. And then she moved her rook to h3, sealing her fate.
"Now what batsu should I have you do?" I mused as I ca[tured the knight at g1 with my queen.
"BATSU!? No way I'm doing anything! We never agreed to it!"
"I can make it a reality either way. So how about you shave and wax your head and eyebrows?"
"Um, WHAT!?"
"It's your only move, or would you like something more nasty?"
Kisha let out a frustrated groan, before accepting my proposal, and moving her king to d2.
"Checkmate. Now time for you to be all smooth and shiny," I snicker as I capture the bishop at e2 with my rook, winning the game.
"UGH! WHY DO I HAVE TO GO BALD!?"
"Cuz I said so."
Kisha blinked in confusion before nervously turning towards the camera. "W- Well there you have it! That's it for the interview, and no we're not broadcasting my batsu! In fact, I'll do my damnedest to wear a wig that looks just like my hair when this is all over, so show's done!"
