Every year, Vinny Chess visits Japan on his Spring break to bask in the shade of the great sakura tree and eat his favorite delicacy, dango glizzies. However, this year will be different. After a major storm, the great sakura tree no longer stands. While a single sapling of it was saved, it will probably take hundreds of years for it to grow back to where it once was. What's more, with college coming up, Vinny may stop coming to Japan starting next year, meaning this could truly be his last trip to Japan for the Spring. However, as Vinny finds himself alone with the sapling, something extraordinary happens; the sapling grows into a beautiful girl before his eyes! What's more, this girl is dead-set on becoming an idol streamer. What mischief will befall Vinny and Sakura?
