The last of humanity lives in a domed city where people with chips in their neck can be reborn. Here, Noa lives with his sister dreaming of fame. After he's blamed for a terrorist bomb, he becomes the most infamous man in the city and tries to prove his innocence.

To make things worse, his sister has gone missing, leaving her young son, Tochi behind! Now on the run, the real terrorist are hunting him down too, believing him to have killed the real person who was supposed to set off the explosion. He must find his sister, stop the terrorists and clear his name before he and Tochi are killed.
