Kyosuke Takahashi, a high school student who just started his 2nd year with a rough start. His so-called “friends” who are Jin Shirokawa and Akira Kurosawa that only use him to get money have once again become his classmates. He also meets his friend Shota, a friend of Kyosuke who is late once again for the first day. An unexpected event happened to him after his classes finished. On his way home Kyosuke met a girl from Hideyoshi High School by the riverside who he later found out her name was Haruka Shiraishi. Haruka gave meaning to Kyosuke’s life despite all his struggles in life. She inspired him to live a good life and to be happy. But this hope in his life has to come to an end eventually.
