Ayumu Nobunaga has Main Character Syndrome which made him a bully. but after being deeply traumatised by an accident which almost caused his friend's life in middle school, his parents decided to send him to a rural town where he used to spend his childhood. To his surprise, he finds out his childhood friend is a shut-in.

Ayumu must now confront his past, childhood friends, and victims, pay for his sins and find a reason to live.

the story revolves around Ayumu and various people he meets, which leads him to intriguing adventures.
