Great Wonder Outlier

A young man is unable to move forward with his life, trapped in the tragic past and present of his hometown, known as the "Darkest Days". When he is pushed over the edge one day, a line between life and death is muddled when a surprise encounter with an apparition, that is somehow connected to his troubled past appears, proclaiming to know how to break his shackles, under the condition he complete her final resting wish to be reunited with her sister. Answers will be sought after pertaining to the prelude of the "Darkest Days", and he will not be alone in the search, but will digging up the past make matters worse, or open up new doors that were once closed?
