Two twin sons are kidnapped as baby from the richest and most powerful man in the city. One of them is bought off and force trained by a unknown organization. Not allowing him to leave or know anything about the out side world all he knows is his training.
The other is kidnapped by mob that controls the city from the shadows. Constantly having to hide and follow the mob he grows up in the shadows learning about and making new weapons for the mob.
Not being able to find them or meet the demands of the organizations the boys are lost with little chance to ever meeting ever again.
