LOST: In my own world

Humanity had to leave earth and go into quarantine in space for 400 years, due to a massive outbreak of a very deadly mutative virus.
But now time has come to reclaim their mother land. A group of young adults have been chosen travel to earth and check whether it is really the time to comeback?
Will humanity be able regain its spot as the peak predator in a world which is only a shadow of what their ancestors knew? Will they be able to over come the perils of the new world and pave the path to a flourishing civilization? Is humanity ready for the new world?
