Life as a high school student is about to start for the shy Kyashii Mikami.
On her way to her new school, Kyashii's gaze settled on a girl who seemed indifferent to the world around her. As she stared at the girl, Kyashii wondered if she could ever be friends with someone as cool and calm as that girl.
So when they eventually crossed paths again, she held out hope that they could finally become friends.
Or at least that’s what she thought...
