The last day in Temny

Kou and Emi are high school students who want to pursue art in higher education. They lived in a world of paintings, and both of them enjoyed doing doodles and paintings.
But What happens when Emi leaves the city? What does she see when she comes back to visit Kou?
"She kept coming into my dreams," Emi said these words lying in a hospital bed.
