Machine Heart

In a dystopian future set in 2140, there's a category of men, the "Machine Men" who possess a mechanical heart, a "Machine Heart."
The story tells about one of these individuals, K-111, and his "special" job in a society that has now pushed beyond all the limits and lost every value and virtue .
The novel raises important questions about various issues, such as modern slavery, capitalism, social inequality, and loss of contact with reality, as well as more philosophical issues, such as the reality of emotions, the true nature of humanity, and the relationships that each human establishes and what impact they can have on our personality, all set in a huge cyberpunk-style metropolis located in an unspecified location.
