Devour Me!

In a broken down city where grotesque monsters called devours emerge from people at random. Fuko and Ito live their lives fighting these monsters while also fighting against the corrupt government. While in the midst of their lives a mysterious girl named Lucy appears which can answer all of the questions about the devours and the person in charge of the city. Will the three be able to overthrow the ruler or will they die at the hands of a devour?
