Oops. I meant to type Lune, not Luna.

Giggle. Finally. A little Jack - Luna action. It looks like things are going quite well.

Thanks for the chapter. This is a particularly good one.

Is it my imagination or is Jack treating Luna and Daniel in the same way?

There are some good arguments for firing an employee under such circumstances. The company can be held responsible for injuries to the employee, such as short or long term disability, workman's compensation, sued by the employee, etc. If employees are being injured in their job then potential employees are less likely to want to work for them. The employers insurance will not covered employees injuries if they are doing something they are not trained for or is not in their job description. Many or most employers do not want their employees to risk injury just to protect property if it's not part of their job description.

However, I don't remember Jack doing this for a change. I thought that all he did was to try to stop a customer (Luna) from falling over the guard rail and possibly plunging to her death. I don't think they had grounds to fire him for a change.

So were you thinking of Jack Daniel's when you named your characters? 😆

"Never do!" There's my first giggle of the day. Thank you. I'm looking forward to the confession.

I think this is possibly the best chapter yet. So much action. So much teenage angst.

Actually, I'm not at all surprised at how quickly things are progressing. I think Daniel has consciously and firmly placed Jack in the friend zone because that is how guys are supposed to think of and treat their guy best friends. And when Daniel started turning into Lune his thoughts didn't change because he is still thinking of himself as a guy, just one who's stuck wearing a girl costume now and then.

But I think, in truth, Lune has been a girl all of her life, just one born with a boy body. And that is why she was a suitable candidate for becoming a magical girl. And in the past few days Lune has started thinking of Jack as a girl would and she is falling head over heals in love with him. Or lust. It's kind of hard to tell the difference at that age. So, yes, I think it's very expected for things to be moving quickly. And that's even without any possible effects the Princess Cupcake may be having on her.

As for Jack, Jack has been protecting Daniel all of his life like you would protect a girl friend. And that didn't change one bit once Lune showed up. Of course, we have no idea yet if this is just instinctive reactions or more consciously deliberate behavior on Jack's part. And we have no idea yet if Jack is figuring or has figured out that Daniel and Lune are the same person.

Like I've said elsewhere many many times, this story is AWESOME!!! ❤️

Giggling now. I think this is the first time I've heard someone shout "I love you" to a heard of cows loudly enough that it was heard around the world.

If I had any spare "silly but awesome" awards to give out I would definitely give you one Megazone. You earned it.

I'm really looking forward to finding out when and what Jack finds out and now he responds. This story has really caught my interest. Thank the Goddess we are getting several chapters a week. Yay Megazone.

Lune was wearing the tiara the entire time and she went to where the remains was of her cupcake so Jack would have to be completely oblivious to have not figured it out.

So, having said that, I think the odds are that Jack WON'T figure it out for a while.

A familiar voice. I wonder if the lady in question is Lune's favorite enemy. Possibly in her civilian identity. And I'm looking forward to finding out what this particular cupcake does to it's victims that it must be handled with gloves.

Great story. Like all of your other stories that I've read.

Oh my Goddess! "No job is too small or awkward for Magical Knight Lune!" And if she had just kept her mouth shut it wouldn't have been as awkard. Or have students starting to notice that a magical girl was using the school's washrooms. Yup, this could get interesting.

I've got to admit that I was surprised when the rewrite of this story was announced. I thought it was pretty good before. But it is significantly better now and I'm really enjoying it. Thank you for writing this Megazone.
