Some salient criticism, but an odd way to discuss it. I don't think author's notes are the place for it but that's whatever. At any rate, know that you tried your best and found an audience for your work and that is a fine "runner's up" prize in the scope of things.

It is most likely dangerous, but this story is very light fantasy in the sense I'm thinking of it more in a conceptual sense like an anime or JRPG than anything resembling realism. It's a lot of rule of cool.

Author's Note (2): Life has been kind of hectic and making time has been hard, but I plan on finishing this arc/volume by the end of August. Hopefully all of the chapters I'm behind can be adjusted and the stalled pace hasn't upset any of you!

Like I said, the intention is to make them introspect more and feel much more diverse than they have been. That said, I think I've set the foundation for the main four pretty well. I guess. Maybe.

Yep. I like utilizing POV switches to utilize more personality and insight into the characters. Unfortunately, Endra's is *not* much different from Miieie's when it comes to the worldbuilding blurbs at the moment.
But that will eventually change. Perhaps I'll have to do some aggressive edits.
Technically Endra's second POV! Hopefully we'll see some more from the others as these chapters happen.
You are the second person to make allusions to RWBY. Wasn't even my intention, but I am starting to see some similarities in certain areas...

Felt kind of contrived for me, but sometimes animanga is pretty contrived. I'm hoping that it doesn't feel too forced for the reader with these kind of conflicts.

Yeah, I didn't want to do the usual arcane system so I went something more technical and pseudo-grounded. I hope I can pull it off.
