Really like the format tbh- it's a bit of a lore dump but I feel like it's a lore dump with purpose. It almost reminds me of a recap movie in anime, which I think for what you seem to be going for, works well. It feels like you don't over explain things too much either

I'm actually really hooked on this story, and excited to see where it goes.. especially seeing some of the characters introduced in action
