Woah. That’s a dark way to finish it off! But even still, there is a little light at the end of the tunnel, since MC can live on, which I guess is a morbid silver linging.

This really was a well done story! The thought of MC only ever improving Rachel's life while she did the complete opposite really made for an interesting dynamic between them. Rachel was an absolutely dreadful cur who let her overreactions get the better of her. Not only taking her own life, but in someone else's body is unforgivable. If this was a test from above, it merely showed how selfish she was to the bitter end.

MC wasn’t exactly a saint toward the end, but even still he improved Rachel's body quality significantly. She was hungry? He fed her. She was tired? He let her sleep. She was dressed in a dreary and torn outfit? He gave her clothes. Although draining her bank account to do it, he proved he was a giver, while she was a taker.

I think he can still salvage Rachel's life a bit too. Her mother will probably take her back after some groveling, and while I can't say her friends are going to ever really forgive what happened, there are ways to slowly undue those conflicts, how ever slow they may be.

Once again, very good story! 👍

Ahhhh I love and hate people who can drive fast and reckless. I had a taxi driver who I was sure was a retired race car driver, and it was like a rollercoaster ride all the way home, but I was so confident he'd get us there in one piece 😆

It's interesting that they're more concerned with breaking her will then forcibly dragging her to this so-called heaven. They seem like they have a lot of power, but aren't able to use it against her unless she submits.
