Naomi is really enthusiastic about the job like a real rookie would 😭 I can see how Eiji would want to show her the dark aspects of his job so she can call it quits on her own but I have a feeling she aint gonna leave that easily 🤔

Okay that specter is a real monster manipulating a kid by using his mom’s face to order him around. Goes to show that supernaturals can have a high level of intelligence 👀

I always knew Eiji is a tsundere but this chapter makes him look much sweeter 😭 The way he just gives up his free day just bc Naomi showed up instead of shooing her away is a soft move imo.

And then the two just shocked the entire school just walking together 😭 Im sure the bullies will now start to think more than twice picking on her again 👀

Also hm. With Naomi maintaining her ability to see supernaturals and her exciting behavior about it could she perhaps become an official exorcist in the future? Eiji himself could see them before he became one so its very likely 🤔

Aidbjekxkseh this chapter had me on the edge of my seat but Eiji came in clutch 😭 And we finally get to see him in action too!! Lightning seems like his main element huh? It matches him pretty well i think 🤔

And Naomi finally has her bittersweet closure!! Yess she realizes that SHE needs to stand up for herself and not rely too much 😭 Still indecisive on who to ship since I have yet to see how Yume is faring these days 👀 (Yes I did not forget her)

Thanatos being the one to stop people from dying instead of alluring them to their deaths is a really interesting and hella tragic approach. Failing to save them every time especially when theres an emotional attachment feels just sad 😭 I had a lot of fun reading it tho 👍

Naomi is speedrunning the relationship all from just sitting alone in the rain at the right time and place 🏃‍♀️ Girl seemingly bonded with Eiji more than Hatsue did in just 1 chapter and he even told her about his real job.

I can somewhat understand Naomi doesnt like the idea of getting played but running away without talking things out is just SDKLFS 😭 Getting driven by pure emotion in a supernatural/horror story doesnt always end well *flashbacks to 66 Hours and Corpse Party*

Ooh a backstory for Naomi? And its thanks to Eiji that she relives that important memory of hers, huh? I smell another potential love interest 😏 I won't root for anyone just yet, not until Eiji himself starts to relax and develop feelings because he seems too invested in his revenge to realize it 😭

The way I snorted when one of the cat name suggestions was Baba 😭 To be fair I'm bad with pet names too but imagine how funny Baba would be as her name😭

Ngl, I like to think that Eros didn’t want our mc to die during a Christmas holiday lmao. I also think that the ending isnt the start of a time loop but more of a “second chance” because the MC decides to stay alive this time 🤔 because being forever stuck in a time loop definitely sounds like a kind of curse Eros would give *coughs in rezero* 💀

I swear violence is always around the corner for Eiji nonstop 💀 Im starting to wonder if a part of his strength came from fighting bullies while growing up 💀

Im starting to wonder if Mitsuaki will be a reoccurring character 🤔 He seems to be a (really weak) rival who doesn’t seem to give up even though Eiji kicked his ass each time. Cant tell if I should respect that or not yet 🤔
