Thank you so much! Writing a romance was something I'd never done before, and I really wanted to write a story involving something like this. Although my circumstances aren't the same as the MC's, the concept of finding confidence in yourself because of an aspect of your appearance that is out of your control was something that I really wanted to write about.
I'm glad you like the cover art, too! I definitely wanted to leave some parts to the reader's imagination whilst also emphasising the difference between their 'past life' of childlike innocence and their current reality, so I'm happy it came across well!
