After nearly 2 months, Part 2 has reached it's conclusion. Part 3 will be more episodic, supernatural, and a bit more light hearted than part 2.

Since I've only read Grace and not Greatest Comeback, I only recognized the characters and references from Grace. Nonetheless, I really enjoyed this intense chapter. I'll admit though, I was shocked this didn't make the finals. This novel truly is one of a kind, and I still believe it deserves an anime adaptation. Here's hoping it will eventually get one.

Now that the finalists are revealed, it looks as though this novel is not amongst them. Congratulations to everyone whose novel made it. So now that this novel is free to be edited, what will I do? Well, I don't know. I'm honestly satisfied with how the story is written and probably won't edit it. Though who knows, maybe I'll do a few bonus chapters, but probably not. For my first contest, I'm content with how I did. Though if the chance ever arises to get this work adapted into a manga, novel, or anime I'll leap at it. This is a really good story that feels realistic and highlights the realities of life. Some people feel they are trapped in a routine and seek to escape. I enjoyed the ending of the story. You did a good job writing it.

Emotional blackmail huh? Not sure how successful their plan would be. I could imagine the senpai possibly trying to stop the suicide, but more so out of moral obligation rather than love. Though it does raise a few interesting questions, what happens if senpai arrives but rejects the MC's confession? How does senpai truly view the MC? What happens if someone else shows up trying to stop the suicide? There are plenty of questions, but overall, you did a good job on highlighting the MC's thoughts.
