From the chapter though, it didn't seem like he knew the Lieutanant before. So how does he know she is the one who came to work as the power generator. Also, if Harmon is like the light bulb...he glows??? (ok maybe he doesn't glow it's just he is the one who makes the other light glow?). So everyone knows who he is?? The people in that city? Do they think of him as a boss then??
