Given how it can be with civilized people, I'm impressed there weren't piles of skulls to keep authority steady for a pirate nation. This one was pretty settle and stable already. (more time for fluff thus)
I like the all too cheerful and respectful building of a nation, from what should be a lawless jungle and hellhole.
