Ah, well, there are certainly things left unanswered, but I thought that it would serve as a nice point where a 'volume 1' would end, dealing with the immediate threat and solving the short term goal, while digging deeper into the world (and beyond).
There is a full story loosely planned out; those dangling plot threads are all intended to be tied up in the greater narrative. I am sorry though if you are disappointed though that it did not answer all of the questions so far 😅
(There is a little dream sequence epilogue that gives a bit more of a stinger 😆)
